Former School in Spain

Hope you had a lovely weekend, my friends.

Interior designer Mikel Larrinaga renovated this 1936 small school located in the natural park called Parque Natural de las Hoces del Alto Ebro y Río Rudrón, in Spain. He fell in love not only with the old school but with the place itself where you can find flora and fauna both from the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.

  4. Hi, Kifus!
Of all his fantastic projects, this is my favorite. Love every single detail about it - the stone walls, the furniture, the fabrics, those botanic art wall, the wood work, the chandeliers, the house is gorgeous. Like I said in my post today, in this house there is a dialogue between furniture and accessories, we can feel and almost listen.
    Wish you a happy day.

  8. Hello Kifus ,
it's probably more than two months since I last dropped in - and I´m happy to be back for all the yummie posts : )
I have to say that this home is really special. This designer knows exactly how to bring atmosphere and warmth to a space - I love his choice of colour. The wicker table/chest is also lovely - wicker adds character and intrest .Best wishes from Iceland ,A.
